The shippers/vendors MUST use the bill of lading provided to them by FreightGuru.  Failure to use the proper document could result in the carrier billing direct at an undiscounted amount. FreightGuru guarantees the integrity of the rates 100%, with exception to reclassifications, shipment reweighs, fuel surcharges and accessorial charges.  Therefore any accessorials should be communicated to FreightGuru at the time of freight tender.

FreightGuru will assist in handling freight claims for any lost or damaged freight. This will entail providing all necessary information to FreightGuru for the claim filing to the specified carrier.  FreightGuru will not be responsible for any freight claims that are denied for any reason by the specified carrier.  If FreightGuru recovers any costs, FreightGuru will issue 100% of the claim amount back to our customer. As a brokerage, FreightGuru cannot be held responsible for any type of product liability.

Although we will make every attempt to provide you with same day service, Freightguru cannot be responsible for delays due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
